We aim to ensure that the confidence the public holds in pharmacy professionals and the services they provide is maintained.

We investigate complaints and concerns that indicate that a pharmacy professional's fitness to practise may be impaired.

It is important to understand what fitness to practise is in the holistic sense - including yearly declarations, maintaining continuiing professional development and your duty to self declare in certain circumstances - and how you maintain it as, for most registrants, this will be their primary concern.

If a complaint is made against you and someone alledges that your fitness to practise is impaired an investigation will be conducted. In this section we explain what we will and won't investigate and outline what you can expect if a complaint is made.
