We have developed a corporate plan for the next three years which sets out how the GPhC plans to deliver the objectives set out in the strategic plan 2012-2015.

The corporate plan outlines the specific activities which the organisation will undertake in order to deliver on the Council’s key priorities for the next three years, as set out in the strategic plan.

• Part  1 of the plan reflects that our primary concern is to deliver our statutory responsibilities to protect the public
• Part 2 shows how we plan to improve regulation over the next three years
• Part 3 summarises the financial resources which we expect to need in order to deliver on the plan.

The corporate plan has now been approved by the Council and from April 2012 will provide the benchmark against which progress will be monitored and reported to them. The Council will review and update the plan each year and roll it forward by one year, so that this becomes a rolling three year plan.
